Jack Green

Jack was born April 4, 1946 in High Point, North Carolina.

He graduated from High Point High School in 1964 and graduated from Guilford College in 1968.  He graduated from the Samford Cumberland School of Law, Stamford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 1972.

He joined the law firm of Morgan, Herring, Morgan, Green, Rosenblutt, and Gill in 1972 and is a partner in the firm.  He served in the Assistant District Attorney’s Office, 18th Judicial District, North Carolina from 1975-1979.

He served as president of the High Point Jaycees, and as a district director of North Carolina Jaycees.

He is a member and past president of the High Point Bar Association, the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the North Carolina Bar Association.
He joined the Rotary Club of Furnitureland (High Point) in 1972 and served as president in 1989-90.  He has maintained perfect attendance since joining the club.

He received the Club Service Award and the President’s Award from his club.

At the district level, Jack served as Club Service Chair and assistant governor prior to serving as governor in 2000-01.  He has also served as the district membership committee chair.  He is a benefactor, member of the Bequest Society, and a major donor.

Jack and his wife, Charlene are both Paul Harris Fellows and Major Donors.  Jack is also a member of the Paul Harris Society.

Jack enjoys sailing and activities with their six children and four grandchildren.
