2001
This Spring, when District Governor Elect Terry Alexander passed away, the District Leadership Team asked Stuart to assume the role of District Governor again. This was a well timed request for it coincided with Stuart’s plans to retire from his practice. We owe Stuart and Carol our thanks for putting on hold for a year the exciting plans they made for this milestone year.
