Kim Setliff
1997-1998

Kim was born April 28, 1954 in High Point, North Carolina.

He became president of Setliff Builders, Inc., a real estate sales, home building, and land development company.

He is married to Joy and they have three sons.

He served as president of the High Point Realtors Association and was Realtor of the Year in 1994.

He served as basketball coach for the girls’ team at Westchester Academy and member of the Guilford County School’s Redistricting Committee.

He is active in church and served as deacon and member of the church finance committee.
He joined the Rotary Club of Triad in July 1987 and served as president in 1991-92.   He served as district governor in 1997-98.

He resigned from the Triad club on 30 June 2003. Then he joined the Rotary Club of Willow Creek (Davidson County), North Carolina on 1 November 2003.  He terminated his membership in Rotary on 30 June 2006.

At the district level, Kim served as district conference chair, group representative, extension committee chair, and budget & finance committee chair.

He received the Governor’s Citation for Club Service in 1994 and The Rotary Foundation District Service Award in 1995.

Kim and Joy are Major Donors to The Rotary Foundation.

Kim and his family continue to live in High Point, North Carolina.
