The annual “official visit” provides the district governor an opportunity to address the club regarding Rotary International and the district’s goals, objectives and issues that are important to the club and to its membership. Please do not schedule another program for the day of the official visit. The Governor will provide the program that day.

• BREAKFAST CLUBS: typically the CLUB BOARD MEETING with the governor is scheduled for one hour AFTER the regular club meeting.
• LUNCH AND DINNER CLUBS: typically the CLUB BOARD MEETING with the governor is scheduled for one hour BEFORE the regular club meeting.
• Prior to your meeting please complete the  CLUB BRAG SHEET and email this to the DG.
