The Duke-UNC Rotary Peace Center, is one of seven centers worldwide participating in the Rotary Peace Fellowship program and the only one located in the Americas. On Saturday, April 6, we will be hosting our 21st Annual Spring Conference at the FedEx Global Education Center at UNC-Chapel Hill. Our theme this year will be “From Self to Society: Envisioning Our Relationship to Peace”. Class 21 Rotary Peace Fellows at Duke University and UNC-Chapel Hill will present their research, exploring new ways of thinking about peacebuilding, international development, and conflict transformation in many regions of the world. Our conference is a full-day event which draws Rotarians not just from our local clubs, but throughout the United States as well. For those who can’t join us in-person, we offer a virtual attendance option as well.
Registration for the conference is currently live, and our early bird discount runs until March 9. Here is the registration link.
